As a society we’ve positioned therapy as a fix. But my goal isn’t to find your flaws and fix them.
I believe you have what you need to heal. It just takes the right container, curiosity, and willingness to connect human to human.
Is it insane to think that the traditional therapy model is broken?
That sitting across from a stranger who’s silently taking notes actually makes us feel more alienated?
Most of us don’t have safe spaces to express our feelings, say the scary thing out loud, and have it validated.
That’s where I come in.
Often when we’re experiencing trauma we don’t know it’s trauma. We just deal with it—push through. My approach addresses noticeable triggers like anxiety, depression, overachieving, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, exhaustion, and anger.
I serve highly visible people—actresses, musicians, entrepreneurs—who wonder, “What does admitting this mean about my career?” Working alongside you we’ll explore why you feel held back creatively and access your true potential.
When you don’t have to worry about explaining your identity you can be free to explore who you want to be. There are few safe spaces for multiculturals to exist without stigma. This is one of them.
Recognizing the importance of a diverse workforce is the first step. But attracting and making every member of your team feel seen, heard, and valued is another.
I specialize in identifying and servicing needs of marginalized (biculturals, LGBTQ+, religious minority) communities.
